The item must be in NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED condition with all product packages and/or tags still intact. Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order. If there is an identical item available a replacement will be sent, if no replacement is available a refund will be issued.
