We want you to be happy with your order. In the event you get your order and it doesn't look they way you hoped, doesn't fit or isn't what you expected you are welcome to return the item for the FULL price paid MINUS our actual shipping cost to ship item to you within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item must be in NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED condition with all product packages and/or tags still intact. The item cannot have pet hair, signs of use/wear, evidence of washing, smell of smoke for the return to be accepted. Buyer pays return shipping unless return is due to our error. Custom made items are NON-RETURNABLE as are ALL SALES FINAL items (items ending in .97).
To request a return please use our store contact form or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not call to request a return authorization. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. We will respond with your return authorization and return instructions. Once the return is received and inspected your store credit OR refund will be issued. If your return was sent without authorization or doesn't meet the criteria for refund (product packaging/tags removed or not included, smells of smoke, stains, pet hair, has been washed, etc.) your return will be denied. Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order. Report defect to email@example.com, please be sure to include a photo that clearly shows the defect. Item must still be in new, unused, unwashed condition. If there is an identical item available a replacement will be sent, if no replacement is available a refund will be issued.
