In the event you get your order and it doesn't look they way you hoped, doesn't fit or isn't what you expected you are welcome to return the item for the FULL price paid MINUS our actual shipping cost to ship item to you within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item must be in NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED condition with all product packages and/or tags still intact. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. We will respond with your return authorization and return instructions. Once the return is received and inspected your store credit OR refund will be issued. If your return was sent without authorization or doesn't meet the criteria for refund (product packaging/tags removed or not included, smells of smoke, stains, pet hair, has been washed, etc.) your return will be denied. Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order. Report defect to info@bethscountryprimitivehomedecor.com, please be sure to include a photo that clearly shows the defect. Item must still be in new, unused, unwashed condition. If there is an identical item available a replacement will be sent, if no replacement is available a refund will be issued.
