The item must be in NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED condition with all product packages and/or tags still intact. If your return was sent without authorization or doesn't meet the criteria for refund (product packaging/tags removed or not included, smells of smoke, stains, pet hair, has been washed, etc.) your return will be denied. Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order. If there is an identical item available a replacement will be sent, if no replacement is available a refund will be issued.
