If your return was sent without authorization or doesn't meet the criteria for refund (product packaging/tags removed or not included, smells of smoke, stains, pet hair, has been washed, etc.) your return will be denied. Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order. Report defect to info@bethscountryprimitivehomedecor.com, please be sure to include a photo that clearly shows the defect. Item must still be in new, unused, unwashed condition. If there is an identical item available a replacement will be sent, if no replacement is available a refund will be issued.
