ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. We will respond with your return authorization and return instructions. Once the return is received and inspected your store credit OR refund will be issued. If your return was sent without authorization or doesn't meet the criteria for refund (product packaging/tags removed or not included, smells of smoke, stains, pet hair, has been washed, etc.) your return will be denied.
