The item cannot have pet hair, signs of use/wear, evidence of washing, smell of smoke for the return to be accepted. Buyer pays return shipping unless return is due to our error. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. We will respond with your return authorization and return instructions. Once the return is received and inspected your store credit OR refund will be issued. Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order.
