The item must be in NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED condition with all product packages and/or tags still intact. The item cannot have pet hair, signs of use/wear, evidence of washing, smell of smoke for the return to be accepted. Buyer pays return shipping unless return is due to our error. If your return was sent without authorization or doesn't meet the criteria for refund (product packaging/tags removed or not included, smells of smoke, stains, pet hair, has been washed, etc.) your return will be denied. Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order.
