The item must be in NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED condition with all product packages and/or tags still intact. The item cannot have pet hair, signs of use/wear, evidence of washing, smell of smoke for the return to be accepted. Buyer pays return shipping unless return is due to our error. Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order. If there is an identical item available a replacement will be sent, if no replacement is available a refund will be issued.
