The item must be in NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED condition with all product packages and/or tags still intact. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. We will respond with your return authorization and return instructions. Once the return is received and inspected your store credit OR refund will be issued. If your return was sent without authorization or doesn't meet the criteria for refund (product packaging/tags removed or not included, smells of smoke, stains, pet hair, has been washed, etc.) your return will be denied. Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order.
