All in stock orders usually ship within 1-3 business days (times may be longer during high-volume times.) Orders are shipped Monday - Friday via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please note our office & warehouse is closed all weekends & holidays. We will provide you with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Most orders arrive within 2-7 business days, sometimes longer depending on destination and shipper's volumes at the time of shipment. 

Should there be a delay of your order we will notify you ASAP via email. If an item is found to be out of stock you will be contacted with the option of waiting on the item, canceling the item or switching to a different item. (Our current website does not control inventory - we are still working out the bugs with this feature and hope to have it available in the future so you know in real-time if something is unavailable.)

Package Theft/Lost Package Policy: In the RARE event that you should not receive your package and the shipping company shows delivery. It is buyer responsibility to contact the shipping company and file a claim. 9 times out of 10 they can track a misdelivered package down for you. 

Currently we only ship to addresses within the USA (includes Alaska, Hawaii.)

USA orders over $75 ship for FREE! Orders under $75 ship for a flat $8.95.

Effective 5/27/20 - We are no longer shipping orders to Canada. If you have already placed an order we will fulfill that commitment. Due to customer comments about duty fees/taxes/etc. we have decided not to ship internationally anymore. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. 

We want you to be happy with your order. In the event you get your order and it doesn't look they way you hoped, doesn't fit or isn't what you expected you are welcome to return the item for the FULL price paid MINUS our actual shipping cost to ship item to you within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item must be in NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED condition with all product packages and/or tags still intact. The item cannot have pet hair, signs of use/wear, evidence of washing, smell of smoke for the return to be accepted. Buyer pays return shipping unless return is due to our error. Custom made items are NON-RETURNABLE as are ALL SALES FINAL items (items ending in .97).

To request a return please use our store contact form or email us directly at info@bethscountryprimitivehomedecor.com. Please do not call to request a return authorization. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. We will respond with your return authorization and return instructions. Once the return is received and inspected your store credit OR refund will be issued. If your return was sent without authorization or doesn't meet the criteria for refund (product packaging/tags removed or not included, smells of smoke, stains, pet hair, has been washed, etc.) your return will be denied. You will be responsible for return shipping back to you in the case of a denial. If you do not have the item(s) shipped back to you within 7 days of the return's denial the item will be donated..

Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order. Report defect to info@bethscountryprimitivehomedecor.com, please be sure to include a photo that clearly shows the defect. Item must still be in new, unused, unwashed condition. If there is an identical item available a replacement will be sent, if no replacement is available a refund will be issued.

Effective 11/01/21: No one likes backorders but unfortunately they do occur. Our website is NOT currently set up to accurately display inventory levels. Just because it is on our website does NOT guarantee it's available for immediate delivery. This is something we are working on correcting but with all the warehouses using different computer systems their inventory files aren't always compatible with our website program.

Should you order something that is on backorder we will contact you via email as soon as possible to let you know about the delay. You will be given the option of waiting for the item, switching to a different item or cancelling. Please make sure you can receive emails from both info@bethscountryprimitivehomedecor.com and btolley2002@aol.com. We will send notification from one of these two email addresses. Many times SPAM blockers will prevent our emails from reaching you unless we are in your email address book.

**With all the delays due to COVID-19 delays, transport delays and the holidays nearing if an item is backordered but is due in within 30 days from date of order we will automatically send the order for fulfillment as soon as the item arrives. With Christmas nearing should the item NOT be here before then we will let you know so you can keep the order, cancel or make changes. Many of the popular backordered items are pre-selling out and we do not want you to miss out on an earlier arrival date for the item. 

Arrival dates given for products are NOT set in stone. There are too many factors beyond any ones control to guarantee an arrival date. Our suppliers do their best to provide as accurate of arrival dates as possible. Should an arrival date drastically change we will contact as soon as possible to let you know.

This policy is a work in progress. We will be making updates as needed. We do our best to get you want you want in a timely manner. If you have any questions about an items status, please contact us. We are happy to help!

To Place An Order: Please use our safe & secure website to place your order online. You can browse our products and add them to your cart.  When you are done, click on the cart button and complete the checkout process. Should you experience any issues during checkout or are unable to complete the checkout please contact us and report the issue. We appreciate it when you report problems. We can't fix what we don't know about. A lot of times our customers will notice an issue before we will.

Checks should be made payable to Beth's CPHD. We will not process your order until the check has cleared our bank, please allow two weeks. A $25 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

If ordering online or by mail isn't your thing you are welcome to order over the phone. Please contact us and let us know you want us to call to place an order. Please provide your phone number, best time to reach you and time zone you are in and we will call you. If possible, also include a list of the items you wish to order. That way we can have all the details ready to go when we call.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express) through our secure checkout. We also accept Amazon Pay, PayPal and G Pay.

In addition to these methods we also just added Sezzle. Sezzle allows you to split your payment into four equal installments with 25% due at checkout. For more information about Sezzle click here

We have a lot of trouble with SPAM filters deleting our messages sent from our website as SPAM. We communicate via email so it's important that you can receive our messages - sometimes we have to ask a question, sometimes something is delayed, sometimes our warehouse needs to verify addresses. If we can't get through to you it can cause an even bigger delay in your order and no one wants that! We do NOT send unsolicited emails and you will NOT be automatically added to our email newsletter - you must sign-up for that separately.

You have the ability to earn up to 275 points WITHOUT even making a purchase!!!

In order to receive your rewards you must create a customer account. Points from orders should automatically be added to your account after you place a purchase (in the event they do not show up, please contact us and we will gladly manually adjust your account - there are some "bugs" with this feature we are aware of). *We switched to a new website program at the end of December 2019 - if you have points from before this time period please create a new account and contact us. We will manually transfer any points earned with our old computer system to the new one.

We now have TWO ways to redeem & use your points:

#1. Type "USE POINTS" in the note box on the Cart Page. We will go through and manually apply your points to this order when we process the order. THIS IS THE SIMPLEST WAY TO REDEEM POINTS

OR

#2. You can redeem your points for $ off your next order in the form of an electronic gift card. As of 2/21/2021 we are moving to an electronic gift card redemption. This way you can now use your $ off reward WITH one of of our discounts. Our current system only allows one discount per order.

*We allow you to combine the $ off earned with the Rewards Program with our percentage off sales/coupons and free shipping offer. You CANNOT combine multiple % off discounts. For example the 10% birthday discount CANNOT be combined with our 20% off $250+ discount but if you have 200 points earned you can apply the $10 off with the 20% discount by mentioning it in the comments during checkout.

200 Points = $10 Electronic Gift Card
500 Points = $25 Electronic Gift Card
1000 Points = $50 Electronic Gift Card
2000 Points = $100 Electronic Gift Card

Detailed Redemption Instructions: To redeem your points login to your rewards account and follow the redemption links under the Get Rewards tab. Here you will select the level of reward in which you have points for. Immediately after you click "Redeem" you will be given a Status Code (it will be a random mix of letters and numbers). You will use this code to purchase your Gift Card from the website. Enter Gift Card in the search bar or visit the Gift Card Collection page (we will also be adding direct links to website's homepage to make this easier to find). Choose the level of gift card you redeemed for. For example if you cashed in 200 points select the $10 Gift Card. After making your selection checkout. During checkout you will enter the Status Code you were given at point redemption in the Discount Code box. (If you forget your Status Code it can be found by logging into your Rewards Account and under the My Rewards tab.) Your Gift Card needs to be the ONLY thing in your cart at this time. This should make your Gift Card FREE, if you selected the same amount as your redemption. You will need to complete checkout. The website will make you go through the entire checkout process so keep going. You should NOT need to leave payment information. Once complete your Electronic Gift Card will be EMAILED to you immediately. You will then use this Electronic Gift Card on your next order to take your $ off. It should work with our website discounts both automated or manually entered.
