If your return was sent without authorization or doesn't meet the criteria for refund (product packaging/tags removed or not included, smells of smoke, stains, pet hair, has been washed, etc.) your return will be denied. You will be responsible for return shipping back to you in the case of a denial. If you do not have the item(s) shipped back to you within 7 days of the return's denial the item will be donated..
