The item must be in NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED condition with all product packages and/or tags still intact. The item cannot have pet hair, signs of use/wear, evidence of washing, smell of smoke for the return to be accepted. Buyer pays return shipping unless return is due to our error. To request a return please use our store contact form or email us directly at info@bethscountryprimitivehomedecor.com. Please do not call to request a return authorization. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. We will respond with your return authorization and return instructions. Once the return is received and inspected your store credit OR refund will be issued. If your return was sent without authorization or doesn't meet the criteria for refund (product packaging/tags removed or not included, smells of smoke, stains, pet hair, has been washed, etc.) your return will be denied. You will be responsible for return shipping back to you in the case of a denial. If you do not have the item(s) shipped back to you within 7 days of the return's denial the item will be donated..
Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order. Report defect to info@bethscountryprimitivehomedecor.com, please be sure to include a photo that clearly shows the defect. Item must still be in new, unused, unwashed condition. If there is an identical item available a replacement will be sent, if no replacement is available a refund will be issued.
