We want you to be happy with your order. In the event you get your order and it doesn't look they way you hoped, doesn't fit or isn't what you expected you are welcome to return the item for the FULL price paid MINUS our actual shipping cost to ship item to you within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item must be in NEW, UNWASHED, UNUSED condition with all product packages and/or tags still intact. The item cannot have pet hair, signs of use/wear, evidence of washing, smell of smoke for the return to be accepted. Buyer pays return shipping unless return is due to our error. Custom made items are NON-RETURNABLE as are ALL SALES FINAL items (items ending in .97).
To request a return please use our store contact form or email us directly at info@bethscountryprimitivehomedecor.com. Please do not call to request a return authorization. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. We will respond with your return authorization and return instructions. Once the return is received and inspected your store credit OR refund will be issued. If your return was sent without authorization or doesn't meet the criteria for refund (product packaging/tags removed or not included, smells of smoke, stains, pet hair, has been washed, etc.) your return will be denied. You will be responsible for return shipping back to you in the case of a denial. If you do not have the item(s) shipped back to you within 7 days of the return's denial the item will be donated..
Defective Item Policy: Should you receive an item with a defect you must report it within 14 days of receipt of order. Report defect to info@bethscountryprimitivehomedecor.com, please be sure to include a photo that clearly shows the defect. Item must still be in new, unused, unwashed condition. If there is an identical item available a replacement will be sent, if no replacement is available a refund will be issued.
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING UPDATE 12/11/20: Orders placed now will likely NOT arrive before Christmas. With all the delays this year and too much not in our control we are making the call now. We are still TRYING to ship all instock items ASAP. You MIGHT still get an order on time but please don't count on it.
All in stock orders usually ship within 1-3 business days (times may be longer during high-volume times.) Orders are shipped Monday - Friday via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please note our office & warehouse is closed all weekends & holidays. We will provide you with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Most orders arrive within 2-7 business days, sometimes longer depending on destination and shipper's volumes at the time of shipment.
Should there be a delay of your order we will notify you ASAP via email. If an item is found to be out of stock you will be contacted with the option of waiting on the item, canceling the item or switching to a different item. (Our current website does not control inventory - we are still working out the bugs with this feature and hope to have it available in the future so you know in real-time if something is unavailable.)
Package Theft/Lost Package Policy: In the RARE event that you should not receive your package and the shipping company shows delivery. It is buyer responsibility to contact the shipping company and file a claim. 9 times out of 10 they can track a misdelivered package down for you.

USA orders over $75 ship for FREE! Orders under $75 ship for a flat $8.95.
Effective 5/27/20 - We are no longer shipping orders to Canada. If you have already placed an order we will fulfill that commitment. Due to customer comments about duty fees/taxes/etc. we have decided not to ship internationally anymore. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

Panel Curtains ~ Sold in a set of two panels and two fabric tie-backs; Panels are either 63"L x 72"W (total width) or 84"L x 80"W (total width); The width measurement is for BOTH panels combined; Each panel measures 36"W(63"L) and 40"W(84"L).
Tiers ~ Sold as a set of two panels; Panels are either 24"L x 72"W (total width) or 36"L x 72"W (total width); The width measurement is for BOTH panels combined; Each panel measures 36"W.
Prairie Curtains ~ Sold as a set of two panels (right & left); Panels are either 63"L x 72"W (total width) or 84"L x 72"W (total width); The width measurement is for BOTH panels combined; Each panel measures 36"W. Prairie style curtains feature a drawstring that you pull to control the amount of gather; Prairie style curtains feature an 18" center drop - a valance will NOT work in the middle to make them wider

Valances ~ One solid piece; Measurements can vary but most feature a 16" drop; Measurements are provided in each listing, if trying to use with a swag make sure it has a 16"L.
*All window treatments are sold individually (or as one individual set); Meant for one window. Ex. if you have two windows you will need to buy two sets of panels, etc.; Most VHC Brands window treatments that are lined feature a white cotton lining; The listing should say in the description if the curtain is lined or unlined; All VHC Brands curtains feature a 3.25" rod pocket and will accommodate most common & decorative curtain rods.
